Time: officially 5-8pm
Teacher: Uncle Desmond Chang (Canice's papa =P)
Dishes involved: Pineapple Rice and Tom Yum Soup
Results: Pineapple Rice (B+), Tom Yum Soup (B-)

Comments:
-Recipes online should not be followed blindly
-Learned a trick to de-vein prawns more effectively ^^
-Lemongrass should be cut before adding to the soup
-Ginger should be sliced before adding to soup as well
-The iron wok is so heavy
-Cooking is tiring
but overall, it was fun! uncle desmond was like telling me tricks and tips. hiak hiak. i must go and learn from him more often! hehe!

one more week till sch starts.
